As an Ergonomist and Occupational Therapist working in the field of injury prevention, I have been running ergonomic programs for the past ten years. I truly love helping people be more comfortable and productive at work and have seen amazing results over the past decade!  While lecturing on Ergonomics at the University of Southern California I managed the ergonomics program at Raytheon Space and Airborne systems. As a consultant, I’ve worked with some of the biggest technology, insurance and healthcare companies in the world from Google to Electronic Arts, Symantec to UCLA, as well as City of Hope, Sony, Union Bank, AIG and The Hartford.  The biggest challenge in managing these programs was the paperwork. Keeping up with the evaluations, injury reporting and database management, leaving less time to do training, evaluations or strategize!  Ergolution was created out of this need to “fast-track the paperwork” to focus on the ultimate goal of devoting maximum time to employees and running the program.  We make ergonomics easy for employees with education and make it stress-free for managers by automating the workflow.  One of the unique fundamentals of Ergolution and my passion as an entrepreneur is that we are a Social Enterprise, giving back by contributing to women entrepreneurs becoming more successful through our donations and our community education efforts.
